CHAPTER 5
A C C E P T A N C E
lyrics
I'm rusting from the inside out with every breath of oxygen I take. The thought is poison in my veins, eating me more with every day. (Closure) is all I crave, (Comfort) is so far away.
The life I want, the life I chose is killing me. I wanna get out of this place. I've lost control of everything, deteriorate.
The fire is out in the lighthouse, the captain gives up the wheel. As this bridge collapses upon us, is this ship made of paper or steel?
I don't know why I can't get out!
The life I want, the life I chose is killing me. I wanna get out of this place. I've lost control of everything, deteriorate.
When you wake up, start dreaming. Don't let nightmares keep you awake. When you wake up, start believing in what your heart has to say. (I woke up from an invention, inside my head you were alive. No knocks outside with best intentions, inside my head you're still alive.)

The real Speed of Sound in Seawater is fast... relatively. This album is the same in that it goes by too fast and you are already putting it on repeat again. :p jason hankins

Jon Mess is a lyrical beast. His scream is so unique and I'm in love with the fact that this project allows him to explore his voice a bit more (both literally and figuratively [those sing/screams on Honey Boo Buscemi and Meat Fetish are ufff]). Of course Will is the man, I see a different side of Matt (which is good), but i think the real star here is Martin. His heavier insight is truly what makes this album what it is. His riffs are heavy, progressive and oh so smart. Miguel Guzman
